This listing is for a Cinderella Inspired Light Blue and White tutu tulle dress with a satin halter tie as pictured for newborns, babies, and toddlers. Bow and Headband Set is optional.


ITEM DETAILS:

-Tutu skirt is double layered for extra fluff

-Dress top stretches from 12” – 20” around and is 6” long.

-Hair Bow and Headband are optional

-White Lace Bloomers are optional

-Perfect for a Cinderella themed party or Halloween costume.
