-This listing is for the Solid Black One Piece Baby Tutu Dress with optional Over the Top Bow and Headband 
-Tutu Dress is made with black tulle and attached to a black crochet top with black satin halter neck tie and jewel

-Tutu is double layered for extra fluff

-12-24 month dress top stretches from 12” – 20” around and is 6” long.

-Over the Top Bow is optional and is comes with the bow attached to an alligator clip and a matching interchangeable headband
